1 in 3 Brooklyn families struggle to afford necessary hygiene supplies, forcing them to make tough choices between adequately diapering their children and buying groceries. This year we're working with our neighbors to purchase a pallet of diapers to help Camp Friendship continue to work towards ending diaper need in Brooklyn. Drag and drop the box below to see how your donation has gotten us closer to the goal!
We understand that you want your donations to land into the hands of those who need it.
Financial support to the Moore Family Charitable Foundation helps us with critical pieces of our operations to make those projects possible. This year, we are utilizing warehouse space for our diaper project; it allows us to purchase pallets diapers at a better price and get them out to families in a cost-effective way. In the season ahead, we need your financial support as we plan to support efforts toward kelp processing equipment and services, as well as support to growers as they navigate commercial permitting paperwork, and more.
